We guarantee your file will be converted and delivered within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of successful payment and receipt of a valid source file.
If we fail, you pay nothing.

1. The 3-Day Delivery Promise

Day 0 = the exact hour your payment is confirmed and your file passes our automated validation check.
Day 3 = 72 hours later, same time of day.
You will receive a download link by email the moment the job is ready.

2. Automatic Full Refund Trigger

Your order qualifies for an immediate 100 % refund if both conditions below are true:
① The converted file is NOT delivered by 23:59 (your local timezone) on Day 3.
② You open a ticket within 14 days of Day 3 and quote your Order ID.

No questions, no restocking fee, no “processing delay” excuses.

3. What Does NOT Qualify for Refund

You uploaded a corrupted, password-locked, or unsupported file.
You requested extras (custom fonts, OCR, layout redesign) that were quoted separately.
You asked us to pause or change the job after we started.
You simply changed your mind or found a free tool later.

4. How to Claim Your Refund

Log in → My Orders → find the late job.
Click “File 3-Day Refund” (big red button).
We refund the exact amount you paid to your original method within 48 hours.

Credit card → 3–5 business days
Crypto → same wallet, minus network fee

5. Delivery Time Exclusions (the fine print)

Weekends & official holidays in the EU (where our servers live) do not pause the clock.
Force-majeure events (war, asteroid strike, AWS region meltdown) pause the clock only if we post a banner on the homepage.

6. Zero Partial Refunds

We do not prorate. Either we deliver in 72 hours or you get every cent back.
